Award Categories
Select the category that best fits your project, firm, or nominee. You may submit to multiple categories — each requires its own entry. Use the Submit Your Nomination button below to begin.
Did your team deliver a P3 project that raised the bar for campus infrastructure? Five categories cover the full spectrum — submit to one or all that apply.
These awards are for the deal teams and firms that made it happen. If your firm structured a transaction or partnership that others in the field should study, submit here.
Know a university leader who made P3 work when it was hard? An institution that built something strategic and repeatable? These awards were made for exactly that person and program.
You'll select your specific category during the submission process — you can enter multiple awards separately.
Submit Your Nomination →Entry Fees
Each submission requires a separate entry fee. Submit before June 30 to lock in the lowest rate.

500+ higher education and industry leaders at the 2025 P3 Higher Education Summit
Why Submit
Winners are announced at the Awards Luncheon before 500+ leaders. Your work in front of the entire room — on stage, on record.
A win or finalist designation is a proof point you carry into every future proposal, pitch, and partnership conversation.
Winners and finalists are featured in post-Summit communications, social media, and P3C Media channels well beyond the event.
This is Year One. No future winner can ever be first. The inaugural class sets the standard every subsequent year is measured against.
$199 early entry. Even finalists are publicly recognized across Summit programming, the website, and P3C Media channels.

The Awards Luncheon
Every year at the P3 Higher Education Summit, the industry pauses to recognize the work that moved the field forward. The Awards Luncheon is that moment — the full Summit community in one room, watching the projects and people who set the standard for what's possible in campus P3.
Winners receive a custom award plaque, recognized on stage. Finalists are publicly announced and featured in Summit programming and post-event communications.
And this is Year One. The inaugural class will be the foundation this program is built on — referenced every future year as the cohort that started it all. That's a distinction no future winner can claim.

Evaluation
Every submission is scored on a 100-point rubric by an independent panel of industry judges. Criteria vary by category, but all assessments are grounded in these five dimensions. Use these to self-assess whether your project, firm, or nominee is a strong fit.
Measurable, documented results and long-term value delivered to the institution, students, or community.
Creative approaches to financing, design, delivery, or sustainability that advance what's possible in campus P3.
Strength of collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and deal structure across public and private parties.
The degree to which the model, structure, or approach could be adopted or adapted by other institutions.
How effectively the work advances the institution's long-term mission, financial resilience, or student outcomes.
Complete category-specific judging rubrics are provided within the submission portal.
