Share your expertise at the 2026 P3 Higher Education Summit
Under this year’s theme, Delivering the Next Generation Campus. Together, we are inviting higher education and private sector professionals to submit abstracts featuring practical ideas, compelling case studies, and real-world lessons shaping the future of campus development.
The P3 Higher Education Summit is the premier gathering for campus leaders and development experts exploring innovative strategies to deliver critical infrastructure through public-private partnerships and alternative delivery models.
Connect with top campus leaders and industry professionals shaping major higher education projects.
Influence the conversation on campus infrastructure solutions, partnership models, and delivery strategies.
Highlight your projects, lessons learned, and best practices for a highly relevant audience.
We welcome submissions from higher education and private sector professionals with perspectives on the strategies, partnerships, and delivery models helping institutions move projects forward. Strong proposals should be grounded in practical experience, cross-sector collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
We are seeking abstracts that address today’s most important challenges and opportunities in campus development.
Exploring creative financial structures, long-term O&M strategies, and unique collaboration models.
Addressing growth or decline through strategic master planning and P3 solutions.
Expanding housing options to meet student demand and support workforce retention in college towns.
Financing and delivering stadiums, training centers, and wellness spaces that enhance campus life.
Enhancing the student experience with cutting-edge housing, dining, and academic spaces.
Leveraging P3s to create dynamic, collaborative spaces that connect campuses with surrounding communities.
Advancing energy-efficient, durable, and adaptable infrastructure to support long-term campus goals.

Abstracts should include a 200-word synopsis and include the types of envisioned panelists for your proposed session, such as public sector owners, architects, engineers, financiers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Strong submissions should clearly explain the topic, why it matters now, and what attendees will learn from the discussion.
Public sector speakers receive complimentary registration. Private sector speakers receive complimentary registration if they or their companies are sponsors or exhibitors of the conference. Non-supporting private sector speakers are required to pay the General Audience registration fee.
Higher education and private sector professionals with relevant experience, case studies, strategic insights, or delivery lessons are encouraged to submit.
