Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should include a 200-word synopsis and include the types of envisioned panelists for your proposed session, such as public sector owners, architects, engineers, financiers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Strong submissions should clearly explain the topic, why it matters now, and what attendees will learn from the discussion.

How It Works

  1. Submit your abstract by May 15, 2026.
  2. Our team reviews proposals for relevance, originality, and practical value.
  3. Selected speakers are contacted with next steps.
  4. Confirmed sessions become part of the Summit, held November 4–6, 2026.

Speaker Registration Policy

Public sector speakers receive complimentary registration. Private sector speakers receive complimentary registration if they or their companies are sponsors or exhibitors of the conference. Non-supporting private sector speakers are required to pay the General Audience registration fee.
