Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations.  Any cancellations made prior to October 21, 2026 can be transferred to next year’s event.  Substitutions can be made up to November 3, 2026. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Please send all requests to Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com prior to October 21, 2026.
